Process
USER-FRIENDLY WEBSITE SETUP
Creating a website doesn’t have to be overwhelming or painful. Truthfully, we want to make this process as easy as possible because as a business owner, you don’t want to take too much of your time away from serving your clients, and marketing your business. Our website service has been created with you in mind.
We offer three different packages catering to your budget and needs, and our process slightly changes for each package, however, in the big picture, there are three main steps – select your package and theme, installation of your software, and website design and content.
In other words, we do all the technical, sometimes messy setup, and then involve you in the creative and fun aspect of bringing your site to life. You won’t need to worry about learning the technical know how, nor will you waste time (and ultimately money) trying to figure out how to do everything on your own.
At the end, we provide you with a user guide and 30 days technical support.

Package and Theme
Ignore the colours, instead focus on the layout of the design themes. Select the layout that most resonates with you and would suit your business. Our pre-designed themes are search engine friendly, mobile responsive, and have been designed with a small service-based business in mind.
Once you’re clear on your package and design, contact us to get started.
Installation of Software
Once we’ve agreed on the details, and you’ve paid a 50% deposit, the next step is to link your domain and hosting, then install all the relevant software.
We will send you an email asking for additional information about your domain and hosting providers. If you don’t have hosting, don’t stress! We offer a hosting package and can include the first year free. We also hold your hand through the process so you’re not trying to work out everything yourself.

Design and Content
We’ll need your logo, brand colours and style guide. If you’re unsure, we’ll provide guidance around what content and images are needed. Upon completion we hand over the site, along with access to a user guide so that you can maintain your site going forward.
